Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused to remain eligible for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
